Shipping

We ship our orders within 6 - 8 business days.  Most of our packages are shipped via USPS this normally takes 3-5 business days in the U.S.   If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If we made a mistake on your Charm ( typo, missing info, etc.) or product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you.

We are also happy to except returns on your products within 10 days of delivery (Charms that have been engraved may not be returned)  Please note that all shipping on returns is not covered by The Art of A Dog.
